Usage and precautions
1、Heat the polishing pitch till it is melted and add wool and mix them together.
2、Pour the pitch into the mould, press the pitch with standard pressing mould and make
slot according to requirement.
3、Let the mould cool down to room temperature. It is ready for use.
4、When the polishing ability is decreased due to the extension of polishing time, scratch
the mould surface with blade or soft copper wire brush to increase polishing efficiency.
5、For optics with big diameter, processed at high room temperature with fast rotation
and big pressure, it is better to use hard product with high softening point, vice versa. |
