Usage and precautions
(1) Heat the mould on the electric hot plate to 70℃ – 80℃ , apply the glue on the mould evenly and place the optics on the mould in right position. When the mould cools down to room temperature, it is ready for processing.
(2) After processing, heat the mould on the electric hot plate to 70℃ – 80℃, remove the optics and clean off the bonding layer with cloth before the mould cools down.
(3) Clean the optics with gasoline or PGX-01 or PGX-01F to remove the remaining glue on the part surface. |
