Anti-alkali property |
After dipping in coolant for 360 hours, the anti-shear strength is not lower than 60% of initial strength. |
Usage and precautions:
(1) Clean the parts to be adhered with gasoline or acetone.
(2) A : B = 3 : 1 (in volume). After evenly mixed, it is used for the bonding between mould and pellets.
(3) When removing the bonding, put the mould on the electric hot plate to heat it to about 100℃, then remove the pellets and clean off the bonding layer.
(4) The adhesive can be prepared in wide range, good result can be obtained at the ratio of A : B = 2.5 – 3.5 : 1(in volume). The recommended ratio is A : B = 3 : 1(in volume). Hardening can be quickened up by increasing the amount of A component or the temperature.
(5) The adhesive should be stored in a dry and cool place. It should be covered closely after use. The storage period is 12 months. |
