Usage and precautions:
(1) The surface to be bonded has to be cleaned with gasoline or acetone.
(2) Apply the glue evenly on both surfaces to be bonded with brush or scraper. Let the surface dry naturally. When the two surfaces are dry enough without adhering to hand, press the two surfaces together with force.
(3) The brush used for applying glue can be cleaned with banana oil.
(4) It is forbidden to operate at open fire or high temperature.
(5) It must be successful at the first cementing since it has the best cementing power for the first time.
(6) The glue should be stored in a dry and cool place. It should be covered closely after use. The storage period is 6 months.
(7) The adhesive for polyurethane polishing pellets can be provided in two types: standard type and quick hardening type. Quick hardening type is suitable for small area bonding of spherical surface polishing and standard type for big area bonding of plane polishing. |
